These Terms & Conditions govern your use of homemore.cy and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Home & More by flambouyia (“we”, “us”, “our”), 10 Makarios, Arch. III 8820, Polis Chrysochous 8820, Cyprus. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We sell fresh flowers, floral arrangements and home-decor items. We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but natural products such as flowers may vary slightly from the photographs, and seasonal availability may require us to substitute flowers of equal or greater value.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases we will refund any payment in full.
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by JCC Payment Systems Ltd; we do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
We offer the following delivery options at checkout:
Delivery is free for orders over €100. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (for example weather, courier delays or incorrect address details provided by you). Please make sure your delivery details are correct.
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds — including the special rules that apply to perishable goods such as flowers — are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its security or operation.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product photographs — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Cypriot law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
