What data we collect and why
We only collect the personal data we need to run our shop and fulfil your orders. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:
- Order & delivery data — name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number, the products you order, your chosen Box Now locker or flower-delivery date, and order history. We use this to process and deliver your order, handle returns, and provide customer support.
- Account data — if you create an account, your username, email and saved addresses, so you can check out faster and view past orders.
- Payment data — card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (see below). We do not see or store your full card details on this website.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, phone, or contact form, and your marketing preferences if you sign up for offers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookie data collected automatically to keep the site secure and working (see “Cookies” below).
Legal basis for processing

Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the shop, and only as far as needed:
- JCC Payment Systems Ltd — to process card payments securely.
- BOX NOW and our courier / delivery partners — to deliver your parcel to your chosen locker or address.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — to send order confirmations and account emails on our behalf.
- Google — we embed Google Maps (store location) and use Google Translate to offer the site in Greek and English; these may set their own cookies.
- Our hosting provider — to store the website and its data on secure servers.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose data.
How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoicing records for as long as required by Cypriot tax law (generally six years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function (for example, to keep items in your basket and to keep you logged in), and, with your consent, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Our shop is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
