Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights when you buy from homemore.cy (Home & More by flambouyia). It is written in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Cypriot consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Two kinds of products

Because we sell both fresh flowers and home-decor items, returns work differently for each:

14-day right of withdrawal (non-perishable goods)

For home-decor and other non-perishable items, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving a justification.

Some items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right by law, including perishable goods (such as flowers) and products that have been personalised or made to your specification.

Problems with your order (all products, including flowers)

If anything you receive is damaged, defective, wilted, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for flowers, or within 14 days for other goods, ideally with a photo. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund. Delivery costs are refunded when the fault is ours.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched or prepared, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Scheduled flower orders can be cancelled up to the day before the chosen delivery date.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we process the refund, it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to show it. If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
